Marram is a 96-room oceanfront hotel set atop the dunes overlooking the Atlantic. It aims to define a new standard of essential luxury in Montauk, NY. In partnership with Bridgeton Holdings, we revived this historic Montauk property with a new concept, name, brand, and experience. We involved Fernando Trocca & Martin Pittaluga’s unwound and unstudied excellence in asado cooking & communal mostrador for Marram’s oceanside eatery.
